- After 3 years of continuous service → Loyalty Pricing (25% off public)
- Payments remain current
- Subscription is never canceled
- Upgrade or downgrade anytime — Pioneer rate follows you
- Future public price increases never apply during your Pioneer window
Pioneer Status Is Forfeited If:
- ✕ Subscription is canceled at any time
- ✕ Subscription expires due to non-payment
- ✕ Account is deleted or terminated
- ✕ Payment delinquent beyond grace period
- ✕ Pioneer status cannot be restored — no exceptions
- ✕ Badge changes to "Former Pioneer"
